This book is for science fiction fans looking for a bit of romance. I listened to the audiobook and highly recommend it. The narrator is speaks well and you don’t get bored listening to her read the book.
Warning: Spoiler Alert
This book was fantastic. I loved the plot development. Ruth Mitchell knows how to make a brilliant plot twist. There were many that I did not see coming:
1) Nick became friends with Lucy and Marco.
2) Lucy got her memory erased – and after all the hard work she put in to not have it happen.
3) Marco faking his own death.
The character development was great, but it did sometimes feel lacking. I loved the multiple POVs in this book. It gave you an idea of what was going through the character’s mind.
Listening to the audiobook was a new and exciting experience. I am really glad that my first audiobook kept me wanting to listen to more. The narrator was absolutely amazing. She knew how to make you want to listen more. I loved the different voices she did for each character.
